Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and community engagement
  • Schedule appointments and conduct needs-based consultations
  • Educate customers on insurance and financial service options
  • Prepare quotes and close new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking
  • Meet or exceed monthly production and performance goals

Qualifications & Requirements

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
